Kerianne is a nutritionist, personal trainer, and lifestyle coach with over 8 years of experience. She grew up as a multi-sport athlete, has competed in various fitness competitions, and is now using her knowledge and experience to lead others in living their happiest and healthiest life. Through fitness, Kerianne built her character, developed strong core values, and discovered her guiding purpose—changing lives. She is committed to educating, motivating, and supporting individuals in setting goals, and surpassing them. Kerianne strongly believes that fitness is much more of a lifestyle, than a chore or a hobby. In order to “live the lifestyle” one must invest in themself, commit to excellence, and build a solid foundation of habits, skills, and structure.
