Certified as a joint mobility specialist through FRC, the primary focus of Nick’s training is efficiency: using the body as the refined machine it is meant to be. We all wish to stay active and capable. It is Nick’s mission to help you hold on to this feeling and to help you excel at your favorite activities. Through mobilization and resistance training, we will reinforce sound movement patterns in order to build strength efficiently and comfortably.
